- Admission procedure for foreign students
To enroll in a training program in Algeria, foreign students and trainees must :
- provide proof of qualifications and diplomas entitling them, under national regulations, to follow the course for which they are applying;
- comply with the university enrolment conditions applicable to Algerian candidates enrolled in the same course of study;

Registration formalities for international students at the University of TLEMCEN
The Registration Form must include:
- Ministerial registration authorization for foreign students
- Original Baccalauréat diploma
- Equivalence of Baccalaureate diploma
- Birth certificate
- 3 passport photos
- Receipt of payment of registration fees (200 DA)
- Information form.
Authentication of educational documents
Authentication is the process by which the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research validates teaching documents issued by the university.
The file must include :
- The original of the final university diploma.
- Original transcripts of all years of study.
- Descriptive appendix to the LMD Bachelor's and Master's diploma.
- Photocopy of the Attestation d'équivalence du baccalauréat.
- Photocopy of ministerial authorization.
In the event of transfer: submit the transfer form (to be signed by both institutions + the opinion of the director of inter-university cooperation and exchanges (MESRS)).

The University of Tlemcen has set up a reception service for foreign students.
The welcome office for foreign students is available to all foreign students enrolling at the University of Tlemcen.
The office is located in the Vice Rectorat de la Formation Superieure de Graduation, de la Formation Continue et des Diplômes (Pole Mansourah Rectorat).
