CALL OPEN FOR Spring SEMESTER 2026-2027 FOR ERASMUS + MOBILITY  MASTER AND PHD STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF  ERZINCAN BINALI YILDRIM (TURKEY)

In collaboration with EBY University, TURKEY, the University of Tlemcen has the pleasure to announce that the call is open for  MASTER (MA1, MA2) and PHD (D1, D2, D3, D4) student nomination for Spring 2026-2027, for Erasmus mobility.

Please be advised that all inquiries regarding this program should be directed to the office mentioned above. It is important to note that during this phase, no communication with the partner university is allowed.

 Participation requirements

Furthermore, in addition to EBY university evaluation criteria, applicants from the University of Tlemcen must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Applicants who have already taken part in an Erasmus exchange programme cannot apply for another Erasmus exchange programme at the same level of study; in other words, a student who has already undertaken a one-semester study exchange as part of their Master’s degree cannot take part in another exchange programme at the same level.

2. • The field of study (PHD, Master degree) for this program is limited to :  Law,Computer Engineering, and Political Science: https://obs.ebyu.edu.tr/oibs/bologna/index.aspx

     Students must choose courses in their specialisation and ensure that these courses are available in English. Otherwise, they must have Italian language certification in order to take courses available in turkich.

   • Applicants must have a good command of English language skills (at a level of B1 or higher) or Turkish language skills: (at a level of B1), 

     • CERTIFICATE EFSET , BRITICH CONCIL ONLINE  placement TEST : not accepted

   • Finally, it is important that there is a good match between the academic program in the applicant's home university and the academic program targeted in the host university.

3. Completing a regular Master degrees.
4. Students or staff members wishing to apply for an Erasmus+ ICM scholarship must be Algerian nationals.

• A certificate of enrolment (Proof of registration at the University of Tlemcen 2026-2027).(Mandatory)
• Copy of Passport (2 pages)(Mandatory)
• CV  (English version)(Mandatory)
• Motivation letter. (English version)(Mandatory)
• Your final ranking for the entire promotion (Mandatory) for BA and MAs
• Copy of all transcripts of records (Mandatory)
• Copy of last degree obtained (Mandatory)
• Learning agreement signed by the Head of Department for Master and bachelor students (download) (Mandatory) 
• Learning agreement signed by the Research director for PHD students (download) (Mandatory)
• Research Plan signed from the Research Director for PHD students (Mandatory).
• International publications and International Communications for PHD students (Mandatory)
• Letter of endorsement by academic staff (for PHD students)
• A video of 60s in which you introduce yourself and talk about your reasons for taking part in this exchange programme and studying at this university.
• Acceptance letter signed by one of the EBY Professors who will act as the student’s supervisor. (For PHD students and Master2 students  only) (Not Mandatory)
• A proof of English international Certification or CEIL (Mandatory) (Level B1) or Turkich Certification B1. (Certification of english at the level of A1-A2 is not accepted) (Valid for 2026-2027/2025-2026/2024-2025)
• One reference letter or plus
• Certificate of disciplinary status signed by the Head of the Department (download)
