In collaboration with the Kütahya Dumlupınar University, the University of Tlemcen has the pleasure to announce that the call is open for Bachelor, Master and PhD student  nomination for Erasmus mobility.

Participation requirements

In addition to Kütahya Dumlupınar evaluation criteria, the applicants from the University of Tlemcen have to meet also the following minimum requirements:

1. Not have received an Erasmus+ grant or any international mobility
2. Be currently enrolled as Bachelor (B1, B2,B3), Master (M1, M2) and PhD (D2, D3 and D4) at the University of Tlemcen, in the following disciplines:

• Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Theology, Literature, History, Sociology.
• Civil Engineering, and Industrial Engineering

1. Have good Turkish and/or English language skills Level B2 Mandatory
2. Completing a regular Bachelor and Master degrees.
3. Have a good match between the research plan in the laboratory of origin and the research fields targeted in the host university(for Phd students).
4. Have a good match between the program in the University of Origin and the training targeted in the host university(For Bachelor and Master).

To apply to  Kütahya Dumlupınar University, the students are invited to submit for a mobility for academic year 2021-2022.

 Deadline for submission by October, 25 th 2021 for spring semester.

Also the applicants are invited:

• Mobilities with missing documents are rejected automatically

For Bachelor, Master and PhD Students:

• A certificate of enrolment (Proof of registration at the University of Tlemcen).
• Copy of Passport
• CV
• Application Form: It must be fully completed and signed by the student, departmental coordinator (download)
• Motivation Letter
• Copy of transcripts of records translated in english.
• Copy of last degree obtained translated in english
• Learning agreement signed by the research director(download_Phd) (mandatory)
• Learning agreement signed by the Head of the Department(download_BA_MA)(mandatory)
• A proof of English skills ( B2 level ) (Mandatory)
• One reference letter
• Research plan signed by the research director.(For Phd)
• A certificate of non-repetition signed by the Head of the Department (download)
• Certificate of disciplinary status signed by the Head of the Department (download)
